We have injection molding machines ranging in size from 28 tons to 500 tons. Machines are equipped with material hopper loaders, a central drying system, mold temperature controllers and material grinders.
North Texas Plastics has a complete in house tooling facility for construction of new tooling. In addition we are able to maintain the level of performance of existing tooling.
Our in house decorating and assembly operations include: sonic welding, heat staking, mechanical assembly, pad printing, hot stamping, and silk screening.
We have completed projects for many companies including:
IBM, Bell Helicopter, Elastimold, Saginaw Delphi, Carrier, and Teledyne.
